Netherlands Infrastructure Report Q4 2017
BMI View: The Netherlands' construction market is expected to be one of the fastest growing in WesternEurope, in the short term at least. Several major energy and transport projects are planned or under wayand the country is also home to a robust residential/non-residential construction sector, which will keepgrowth rates up in 2017 and 2018. The provision of regional funding will ensure growth is maintained overthe medium term, although the maturity of existing infrastructure means the market is likely to slow.
