Like most European telecommunications markets, the Lithuanian mobile market is also close to saturation point withquarterly growth rates just around 0.5% for the last two years and market penetration at around 160%. All operators are investingheavily into 4G infrastructure to remain competitive. Nearly a third of all subscriptions are still prepaid, offering telcos plenty ofopportunity for an upsell. Meanwhile, fibre connections have increased rapidly, indicating that there is an appetite for high speedinternet offerings.
