Even after a steep drop in consumer electronics device spending in 2015-2016 when a low oil price hurt consumersentiment at the same time as product cycles weakened, Kuwait was still a high value per capita market where consumers have apremium preference and regularly update devices. Growth potential is however, limited by the saturation in the highest value devicecategories. Looking forward, we expect modest, low single-digit gains over the five years to 2022 driven by replacement cycles andupselling of premium flagship devices. Strong enterprise activity will further support a degree of enterprise demand.
