The Jordanian telecommunications market is highly saturated, with the number of subscriptions ranging between10-11mn. However, over the last year, the market has shed 885,000 subscribers. We believe operators are now focusing ondeepening relations with their subscribers to drive growth. Significant investments in 4G developments will contribute to a rapidadoption, but we caution price competition will continue to erode already low ARPU figures. Operators are also focusing on otherVAS, particularly mobile money services and OTT video platforms.
