While mobile market is saturated and has been losing subscribers for the last five years - in fact, Q417 was the firstquarter of positive growth since June 2013. The arrival of a new mobile operator, Iliad, expected in the summer of 2018, will increasecompetition on the Italian telecoms market further. The company is targeting a 10% market share, but we believe that Iliad cannotpresume on low prices alone to differentiate itself in an already low-cost market. Broadband market is offering more scope forgrowth as rural areas are still largely not connected. The Italian government is investing heavily to expand broadband services in thecountry and pay-TV player Sky is targeting the launch of broadband services in 2019.
