Hungary Real Estate 2018

Hungary Real Estate 2018

BMI View: The Hungary economy is performing well on the back of good inward FDI, significant monetary stimulus and macroprudential policy. There is robust demand for quality commercial assets from domestic and international sources, amid a market of low supply. Capacity constraints limit new supply arriving in 2018, allowing landlords to negotiate more favourable contracts that should see rents rise for prime commercial stock.
