Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria are frontier markets that all have considerable device spending growth potential as a result oflow penetration rates in all major device categories that are far lower than developed and emerging markets. Performance was weakover 2014-2016 due to low commodity prices and local currency depreciation, but we envisage a stronger trend over the mediumterm as vendors tap pent-up demand, rising incomes, and with support from demographics. Growth prospects out to 2022 will befurther driven by solid economic modernisation efforts in all three markets, and the steady increase in enterprise demand for AV andPC hardware solutions.
