Estonia Infrastructure Q1 2018

Estonia Infrastructure Q1 2018

BMI View: Estonia's construction and infrastructure industry will perform strongly over 2018-2020, posting strong 6.4% annual average growth. This will be driven by the booming residential and non- residential building sectors and traction on major projects relating to EU integration, notably in the rail and energy diversification sectors. Downside risks are in the form of unsustainable house price increases threatening a housing bubble, yet this is not our core view.
