We envisage stronger medium-term performance due to a more supportive economic environment that willunlock spending, especially enterprise investments in software and services. The hardware outlook ishowever subdued due to negative demographics and product factors, including pressure on printerspending, and the squeeze on PC spending after consumer usage shifts towards smartphones.
