The Bulgarian commercial real estate market will be supported by a robust economic backdrop and good domesticdemand in 2018. We expect demand to be strongest for premium grade office facilities, particularly for space in the Sofia CBD,though we expect there to be good demand for retail and industrial facilities on the back of favourable private consumption andfixed investment. Rents are stable, though limited supply is placing upward pressure on rents in the retail and industrial sub-sectors.
