Key View:

Beyond current drought concerns, our view on the agribusiness sector in the south-west Africa region continues to bebroadly positive, with rising incomes and increasing populations set to see the region enjoy long-term growth in corn production inparticular. Our forecasts for corn production and consumptionin Namibia are also negative.As of this quarter, all three countriesremain net importers of grains in 2019 and for each year across ourforecast period to 2023. In the sugar market we continue to seeproduction growth outperformingconsumption growth across our five-year forecast period.
