Efforts to eliminate inactive mobile accounts causehighly variable growth trends, making it difficult to accurately gauge the market's size and trajectory. Inaddition, the regulator changed its reporting methodology in Q4 2016 so there may be apparentdiscrepancies between current and previous data. In the wireline arena, fixed broadband and multi-playsubscriptions are rising but the popularity of cheap mobile broadband services is expected to keep fixedgrowth muted.
