Huawei is the third-largest player in the customer care segment, and had a 7.1% share of worldwide revenue in this market in 2013. Its customer care software business grew at 7.5% CAGR between 2011 and 2013. Asia–Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa accounted for more than 90% of the company's customer care revenue.
