International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association

The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) has been in existence since 1964. Originally founded as the Wisconsin Cheese Seminar, it has evolved over the years, changing with the needs and desires of the industry it serves. This evolutionary process meant name and organizational changes that reflected its adaptation to member interests. In 1988, the annual seminar and exposition was named "Dairy-Deli-Bake". In January, 1991, the association's name changed to the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association. Our goal is to bring the latest information, research and trends to our members.
