Outsourcing Service Providers for the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry Abstract In the next few years, outsourcing is an industry that is expected to enjoy boom times across industries globally. TowerGroup estimates double-digit growth for both IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing in P&C insurance. This Research Note analyzes which vendors provide these services now, and which ones are likely to benefit from the growth in demand for outsourcing services going forward. TowerGroup also draws a distinction between IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing. Business process outsourcing is a less mature field that should enjoy even faster growth than outsourcing in general.
