2009 State of the Global SMB Market: Q-Pulse Wave 2 - Understanding the SMB Landscape During an Economic Downturn - QP2, 2009 Results and Outlook for Q3, 2009
This document summarizes findings from the second wave of Q-Pulse research of world-wide SBs across eleven leading countries of: U.S., Canada, France, Germany, U.K., Australia, China, India, S. Korea, Brazil, and Mexico, which comprises approximately 22.1 million SBs.
Reference will be made to Wave I Q-Pulse results and Q4 ‘09 using AMI continuing research in these countries.
The key objectives include the following:
