Financially, the company is well placed, and is continuing to see healthy rates of growth, and is sustaining relatively healthy margins in an industry where profitability is very tight.

Jingkelong remains persistent in developing at its own pace, and not rushing to expand too quickly, and over-reach itself. This could place it in a very strong competitive position in coming years, when competition between the modern grocery retailers in China really begins to intensify.
