This IDC study provides a revised forecast for the CRM applications market to that published in December 2008. It provides a top-down sizing of the CRM applications market in 2008 and a 2009-2013 forecast for this market. Historical and forecast revenue data is shown for the total worldwide market and by operating environment.

"The market for enterprise applications, including CRM applications, is one that is viewed as aiding internal productivity and enabling efficiencies and cost cutting," said Mary Wardley, program VP, CRM and Enterprise Applications Software.
