Based on AMI's annual survey of small businesses across Vietnam, this study tracks a broad spectrum of issues pertaining to the adoption and usage of information technology and communications (ICT) solutions. AMI-Partners defines small businesses (SBs) as companies that have fewer than 100 employees, are non-residential and non-government organizations, and are not a franchise of a larger corporation.
Products and services covered in this study include established and emerging hardware, software, applications and business process solutions. Also included are such issues as budgets, behaviors, decision influencers, channel preferences, outsourcing, and service/support. Further, the study encompasses detailed firmographics, critically important technology attitudes, and strategic planning priorities.
This is one of a continuing series of reports drawn from AMI's proprietary surveys of small and medium businesses in North America, Latin America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. AMI's comprehensive data on IT, Internet, e-business and communications investment and usage are presented in a highly actionable, graphical format with go-to-market insights and analysis.
