It updates the previous forecasts for these markets published in IDC's Western Europe SCM Applications 2012–2016 Forecast (IDC #LC09U, June 2012). Vendor shares and competitive analysis for 2011 are published in Western Europe SCM Applications Vendor Shares, 2011 (IDC #LC12U, June 2012).
