It updates the previous forecasts for these markets published in IDC's Western Europe CRM Applications Forecast, 2012–2016 (IDC #LC07U, May 2012). Vendor shares and competitive analysis for 2011 are published in IDC's Western Europe CRM Applications Vendor Shares, 2011 (IDC #LC11U, June 2012).

• The information contained in this Forecast Update was derived from IDC's Worldwide Software Tracker database as of November 15, 2012.
