Abstract

Despite the recession, Yankee Group survey data shows that the average U.S. consumer spends $185 per month on communications and TV services, but that number doesn’t capture the nuances of spending and subscription variations across the country. By plotting the survey results on maps, we can identify trends and find correlations between pricing, penetration and subscription rates.
