This study covers key IT market segments, hardware, software, and services. The quantitative data shows quantifiable opportunities that can be addressed by IT vendors and service providers (SPs). "Overall cost reduction in IT expenditures, building better management tools, and consolidation of IT environment are the SMEs' key IT infrastructure considerations in the next 12 months. With this, vendors and SPs that are looking at increasing penetration within the country's SME market should align offerings to SMEs' particular requirements, while also opening up channel networks to cover a wider geographical area. Moreover, IDC believes that while a close watch should be taken on opportunities, vendors should also be prepared to address wildcard events that could suddenly jolt the market," says Bianca Pearl R. Sykimte, associate market analyst, Printers and Peripherals, IDC Philippines. Get Full Details About This Report >> |
