Abstract

This IDC Buyer Case Study, based on a June 2009 interview with Kelly Reardon, network administrator and help desk manager at Strategic Hotels & Resort Inc., examines the company's use of data backup and recovery across its entire IT infrastructure. In 2007, this real estate investment trust (REIT) of high-end hotels and resorts evaluated and deployed Iron Mountain's LiveVault for server data backup and recovery and Connected Backup for PC online backup and on-demand recovery.
