Volumes refer to the number of new individual dwellings completed in a given year. Values are calculated as the product of volume and average annual price of a new dwelling to an end-user (such as an owner-occupier), even when the dwelling remains in the ownership of the developer.
Any currency conversions used in this report have been calculated using constant 2008 annual average exchange rates.
