Further, IDC predicts that support and deployment services for networking equipment will show the strongest growth of all the segments predicted in this forecast. "The networking equipment market is showing the strongest growth of all the hardware categories, and as a result, the market for support services around that equipment is also showing strong growth," said Matt Healey, research manager, Software and Hardware Support Services.
