Abstract

According to the Yankee Group Anywhere Consumer: 2008 U.S. Web/Data Survey, 46 percent of consumers using the mobile Web already turn to Google for search. That means that Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL must rationalize their mobile Web strategies fast or risk being marginalized by Google in the race to serve the next three billion consumers.
