The company operates in the US, Asia and Europe. It is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California and employs about 700 people. The company recorded revenues of $411.7 million during the fiscal year ended December 2007, a decrease of 9% over 2006. The decline in the company’s revenues was due to the decline in average selling price and due to supply constraints in both the product segments: memory and non-memory products. The operating loss of the company was $24.1 million during fiscal year 2007, compared to operating profit of $16.1 million in 2006.
