The restaurants and cafes sector includes full-service restaurants, commercial cafeterias and snack bars. Fast food retail consists of all limited service restaurants. The catering segment includes both social and mobile catering, as well as managed foodservices, non-commercial foodservice contracts and vending. Drinking places are defined as bars, taverns and nightclubs. Any currency conversions are calculated using constant 2007 annual average exchange rates.
