Abstract

This plan provides the guidelines that were developed by The CDC and APIC as a reference document for bio-terrorism readiness. Based on this document, a guide has been developed for this Bio-terrorism Readiness Safety Plan for a real or suspected bio-terrorism attack. The Company will determine the extent of their readiness in conjunction with local and state health departments. A multidisciplinary approach will be used that includes EMS, police, fire departments, media relations and healthcare providers and IC professionals. Planning will address communications with IC personnel, healthcare administration, local and state health departments, the FBI field office, and CDC.
