NIKE HAS REACHED AN AGREEMENT TO SELL ITS BAUER HOCKEY SUBSIDIARY

Global sportswear giant Nike has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Bauer Hockey subsidiary to Kohlberg & Company, a US private equity firm, and Canadian businessman WGraeme Roustan for a total consideration of US$200 mn in cash. Nike expects the transaction to be completed by the end of May 2008.
