CACI International Inc (CACI) provides IT and communication solutions, along with professional services, to its clients. The primary areas of expertise include systems integration, managed network services, knowledge management, engineering services, simulation, and information assurance. CACI derived a substantial part of its revenue from the US government prime contracts or subcontracts in the fiscal year 2007. The US Department of Defense (DoD) contracts accounts for 71.9% of the total revenues, and other civilian agency government clients contribute 22.3% to its revenues. During the past three fiscal years, CACI acquired companies such as Information Systems Support Inc, Institute for Quality Management and Wexford Group International. It's recent acquisition of Information Systems Support, AlphaInsight, and National Security Research contributed to the revenue growth recorded in the fiscal year 2007.
