In partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Defence, we are delighted to announce our Balkan and Black Sea Offsets conference, the newest addition to the SMi offset conference portfolio.

With a keynote host country address provided by the Romanian State Secretary for Defence Policy, Corneliu Dobritoiu, the conference will bring together the highest level international perspectives from the region.
