Based on a survey of more than 1,000 wireless users in US business, this report is a snapshot of wireless voice and data usage. All data are sorted by business size (SOHO, small, mid-sized, and large business). The topics covered include:
  • Current and forecast number of firms and distribution of US employees by firm size
  • Monthly voice Minutes of Use (MoU) and spending on wireless service
  • Monthly spending on cellular data services, including 3G
  • Interest in 3G data services, as well as the number of current users
  • Penetration of Wi-Fi usage and the amount paid for Wi-Fi service
  • Interest in using standalone wireless email devices such as the BlackBerry and Motorola Q phone
