We are seeking a Business Development Executive that will establish relationships with new potential clients to reach and exceed budget expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target and prospect potential target companies.
  • Contacting potential new clients to determine their needs through a consultative sales approach including cold calling to secure appointments, gathering information on customer needs, positioning our solutions, overcoming customer objections, negotiating pricing and contracting the sale.
  • Identify and prospect to MRDC's top identified prospects via cold calling, email and Marketing Campaigns and setting up meetings to understand clients needs.
  • Consulting and guiding prospects to specific platform solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 6+ years proven new business sales experience in b-to-b selling environment.
  • Experience in consultative selling environment.
  • Ability to close a sale.
  • Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed through hard work.
  • SalesForce.com knowledge a plus.
  • Must have a proven track record of success in outbound telephone sales.
  • Must have understanding of how to grow and manage an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate & complete marketing tasks as needed
  • Creatively write copy for web and email that attracts, connects and converts
  • Assist with content ideation, content management and publishing
  • Manage daily engagement and content calendars across social channels
  • Formulate and execute a strategic vision for social media presence to generate brand awareness and foster engagement
  • Draft campaign briefs to establish key objectives and guidelines for each marketing campaign project
  • Work with sales to identify and articulate advertising/marketing opportunities – support sales team with marketing content and social media support

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in copywriting, marketing, communications, or public relations role

Systems Administrator

MarketResearch.com is looking for a Systems Administrator to work in its corporate office in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will assist with upgrades and migration of company's infrastructure to new hardware and operating environment. Environment consists of MS application/server stack, VMWare virtualization and Dell/EMC hardware. Upgrades will be made to entire stack including Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and underlying virtualization and hardware layers. Other duties include ongoing systems and network administration and providing desktop support to local and remote users. This position requires the ability the work independently while also communicating effectively. A self motivator and self starter are key.

Responsibilities:
  • Raising domain functional level.
  • Administration of highly available VMWare ESX and Hyper-V environments.
  • SAN/vSAN administration and performance tuning.
  • Working knowledge of public and private cloud architectures.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience within the information technology function.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • MS Active Directory.
