Bue Emerging Market Abstracts offer rapid, high-level comparative overviews. Each is designed to be read in no more than 15 minutes and in conjunction with the other abstracts. To assist comparisons, data covers a consistent period, with the text bringing events up to date. The Bue scores are based on a rate of change in the criteria considered in each segment; it is not a measure of the absolute number of that particular factor. In this way, the Bue scores are able to allow comparison between highly diverse and very different countries. Only sufficient insight as is necessary is offered to aid decision-making as to whether further comprehensive analysis is required.
