Acacia - Fleet Management Patent Portfolio - File Wrappers

These Patent File Wrappers, prepared in connection with our Selected Patent Portfolio Report, provide the entire Patent Prosecution history (“known as a patent “File Wrapper”) for each United States patent in the portfolio. This portfolio contains patents relating to location-assisted fleet management, dispatching, and routing. The patents are believed to be controlled by Acacia Research (NASDAQ:ACTG) and affiliated companies, including Acacia Technologies and Telematics Corporation.

Our Selected Patent Portfolio Reports are grouped by assignee name, or investor group, or controlling party, and by industry subsector. Our technical team performs targeted searches to uncover thousands of patents related to a given portfolio. These patents, and often pending applications as well, are scrutinized and reviewed for their claim coverage and relation to a particular portfolio. After thorough analysis, relevant patents and applications are grouped into technical categories based on their claims coverage.

Selected Patent Portfolio Reports include a Portfolio Claim Map, delivered in both Interactive and PDF formats, and in most cases, complete File Wrappers of each patent in the portfolio are also included.
