Retirement Location Plans Of Americans Aged 50 And Over

This report looks at the retirement plans of maturing Americans. The reports measures the level of interest in retiring to the following destinations (presenting unique data sets for each State cited): Florida, California, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, Virginia and Washington State. The report also measures current and expected interest in time shares, gated communities, communities that restrict children, views on retirement overseas, and plans to retire to move to new locations upon retirement.
