LIUGONG DRESSTAThe subject of this company profile is LiuGong Dressta, the Polish manufacturer of constructionequipment that was formed in 2012 following the purchasing of some of the assets of HutaStalowa Wola (HSW) by the Chinese manufacturer Guangxi LiuGong Machinery.While the company is one of the newest names in the global construction equipment industry, itsroots go back many decades, and can be traced to the early days of the industry – with closeassociations, through ownership or marketing connections, with some of the sector’s mostprestigious names: Hough, International Harvester, Dresser and Komatsu.
