Mondato’s 2009 Mobile Value Transfer Index: Country Report - China is a first of its kind examination of the Chinese mobile value transfer market.

The purpose of this country report is to enhance understanding of the MVT Index score for China, and in particular to quantify and qualify conditions there that are most conducive to development of the MVT market.
