Jupiter Consumer Survey Report: Travel, 2003

Online travel buyers continue to shop around for lower fares and rates prior to purchasing, despite myriad marketing messages by sites touting low rates. Indeed, the low-price message has caused consumers to be less loyal and more confused about where to actually find low prices for travel.
