Jomurpa Publishing, Inc.Jomurpa Publishing, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Murray Shor to provide accurate, timely, and organized information on the development and leasing of shopping centers throughout the US and Canada. The concept of the twice-monthly newsletter, Shopping Center Digest, was based on the input of real estate specialists in the industry on what data they needed to make more and better deals, and the experience of Shor as founder of the monthly magazine, Shopping Center World, and former editor of the monthly magazine, Chain Store Age.
In 1994, Jomurpa began publishing the annual directory Expanding Retailers. Now in its 10th Edition, it updates the information from the column, "Retailers Seeking Space," from the previous year's 24 issues of Shopping Center Digest, organizes it, and presents it in a consolidated format. |
