| Mobile Web devices make it possible for people to gain access to the Internet at almost any time. This instant access gives consumers the opportunity to stay in touch with their friends and family, as well as research anything at a moment’s notice. Mobile Web devices include smartphones, mobile phones, personal media players, personal game players, tablets, e-book readers, and personal digital assistants (PDAs). As part of InfoTrends 2011 Mobile Imaging study, respondents were asked a series of questions about the devices that they used to access the Internet, what types of websites they accessed, what photo-related activities they performed, and their opinions about printing.
