Worldwide and U.S. IT Education and Training Services 2013–2017 Forecast

This IDC study presents the worldwide and U.S. IT education and training services forecast for 2013 through 2017. Most IT training markets experienced significant pressure from 2008 through 2010. Those pressures are abating. Training vendors, especially the training arms of technology vendors, must continue to adapt to help their companies focus training marketing efforts on improving the business value of the technology.
