Western European Vertical Markets, CRM Applications Spending Forecast, 2010–2015

This IDC study provides an analysis of CRM applications spending forecasts over the 2010–2015 timeframe, with the aim of mapping growth opportunities across the major Western European industry sectors, focusing on the top 5 Western European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the U.K.

The study covers the following 11 vertical markets: discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, retail/wholesale, financial services, business services, transport, communications, utilities, government and education, healthcare, and other.

In the short term, growth will be significantly stronger in communications and financial services, said Serena Da Rold, program manager, European Vertical Views.
