How IT Services and BPO Helped Create the U.K.'s Universal Workplace Pension Scheme

NEST is the U.K.'s new national pension scheme being introduced to help employers meet their automatic enrolment duties. It is a low-cost workplace pension scheme with a public service obligation (PSO), designed for any employer to use after the commencement of new workplace pension duties. Working closely with TCS, to which it outsourced its scheme administration services, NEST met a tough deadline with over a year to spare.
