U.S. SMB 2013 IT Acquisition Research Source and Influencer Survey: More Work Ahead for the Channel
This IDC study contains user survey results identifying the most recently acquired U.S. SMB IT resources and the usage rates for a variety of influencers/information sources used to guide respondents in their decision-making process. Influencers include word of mouth, social networking sites, direct marketing, and channel-related outreach. Data is segmented by company size: micro (<10 employees), small (<100 employees), medium sized (100–999 employees), and large (1,000+ employees).
