This IDC Insight presents the highlights of the second PRACE industry seminar, which was held in Toulouse, France, on September 7-8, 2009. PRACE, which stands for Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe, is a pan-European cooperation comprising 18 countries with the objective of establishing an infrastructure for high-end HPC computing activities.
