Innovative Application Software Companies Under $100 Million to Watch

This IDC study recognizes a group of companies with annual revenue under $100 million that deliver innovative solutions to meet enterprise software applications needs. The companies are profiled in this study and cited as "innovative software application companies under $100 million to watch."

"Several key trends have emerged as major drivers in innovation and growth in enterprise application software including the emergence of social software tools to aid in the shift to more social businesses and the mainstream adoption of cloud and open source applications. Contributing to this innovation is a group of small companies with the vision and technology to have an impact on the IT marketplace," said Michael Fauscette, group vice president, Software Business Solutions. "IDC invited application software companies with less than $100 million in revenue in 2008 to enter our Innovation Awards contest. Based on review by IDC, the following companies were cited: Atlassian, Clarizen, IGLOO Inc., Intacct, Jive Software, Kaltura Inc., RumbaFish Technologies, Service-now.com, Telligent, and Trampoline Systems Ltd."
