"Many organizations in Hungary have opted to limit IT investments and have planned for little or no expansion in response to the stagnating economy and turbulent regulatory environment. Nevertheless, following an extended period of austerity measures and budget freezes, overall government spending is expected to increase, in an attempt to revive growth. The government will also want to maximize the absorption rate of EU funding available for the current budgetary period, rolling out a number of IT-related projects." – Senior Research Analyst Gabor Balicza, IDC Hungary
